Software
Self-service cloud panel with pixel-perfect WYSIWYG preview. Agenda editor, GIFs, mass games, geo zones, news templates. OTA delivery via ESP-NOW beacons: zero external connectivity required in the room.
Attendee webapp
Optional companion for the attendee's phone. Access via a single shared QR printed at the venue — scan and you're in, no login, no install. Anonymous by design: the webapp doesn't identify the person, it only blocks outsiders. Built for long-form text that doesn't fit on the badge screen.
Now
Live screen with running slots per room and what's next, with countdown. Auto-refresh, no reload.
Full agenda
Read-only by day with a LIVE chip on running slots. Same data tree as the operator panel.
Live Q&A per talk
Attendees submit questions, others upvote ▲. Moderator marks answered ones. Optional alias, one vote per device.
No app, no login, no tracking
Works on any modern browser. Voter ID is local, hashed server-side: zero PII for the company.
4 synchronized mass games
Live poll
Surveys with real-time aggregated results.
Pair match
Match people by interests and break the ice.
Slot
Simultaneous slot machine with sponsor prize.
Zombie virus
Proximity contagion — guaranteed laughs.
6 idle clock styles
When nobody interacts, the badge shows time with style. Pick one, or rotate them.
Phase 2: post-event life
After the event, the badge doesn't die. Activate Phase 2 from the panel and it starts receiving internal company news (launches, new hires, milestones). It updates when the employee walks near an office beacon. If there is no beacon, it stays a beautiful clock.
