Publishing licenses
A license is a day during which you can publish new content. Credits don't expire (except the yearly one). When it expires, badges keep working with the last published version.

What happens when the license expires?
Badges keep running with the last published version. They don't turn off, they don't lock. You just can't publish new content until you renew.
Does editing content consume days?
No. A day is consumed only when you publish a new version to the fleet, not when you edit the draft. Iterate as much as you want before publishing.
Why a 10-badge minimum?
Because of production logistics and because below 10 the ESP-NOW experience doesn't pay off. For trials we have the 5-unit Mini Pack.
Can I rent badges for my wedding / birthday / personal event?
Rental is reserved for B2B clients (companies, agencies, organizers) and only within Spain — return logistics with individuals isn't sustainable on our end. For personal events, buying from €70/unit with backend included usually pays off after the second use, and the badges become an active keepsake.
Can I buy the badges and return them after my event?
We don't offer buy-and-return. Badges become customer property and keep working indefinitely in domestic mode (clock, weather, quote of the day, agenda reminders) after the event. For one-shot use with return, see our B2B rental plan (Spain only).
When does it make sense to rent vs buy (B2B)?
Rent if you'll run 1-2 events a year and don't want to store badges afterwards. Buy if you'll run multiple events per year, want to give employees continuity with internal news after the event (Phase 2 at home), or if badges are part of your identity (new-hire welcome pack). Break-even is around 4 events: beyond that, buying is cheaper than renting each time.
